Founded in 2010, lore is a boutique qualitative research company specializing in foodways, occupational folklife, tourism and hospitality.

lore’s creative, agile, experienced team of researchers collects, creates and curates narratives, soundscapes, verité film, original artwork, and writing to describe the people and places that produce our goods and anchor our traditions.

Our work is commissioned by retailers, hoteliers, designers, market research firms, and architects to redesign spaces, design products and programs and, to create new marketing narratives.
